Thus I either push all traffic (internal and external) through the Netscaler OR have a seperate site for internal and external. I don't use Storefront (not yet at least) and only use Web Interface, but with WI the settings are different for the site setup for external and internal. I must be missing a step somewhere but I'm not sure where.Įxternal - You'll need to put a rule in your firewall so that your pointing towards the Netscaler's Access Gateway Virtual IP address. That must be the cause of my issue but there does not appear to be anywhere to change this. When I launched the SF console and poked around the settings, under, "Receiver for Web", I can see my website and under "Access", it says, "Internal networks only". I have one VM running StoreFront 2.1.0.17 and another VM running XenApp 6.5. There is no Citrix XenApp server configured on the specified address." I could bring up the SF site and log on and see all of my published apps but when I clicked on any of them, I got a message saying, "Unable to launch your application. When I got home this evening, I went to test it out and found that it was not working from outside of my network. I published some apps and everything was great. When I was at work today I was able to log on from the Receiver client on my laptop, the web/Store Front interface and the Receiver app on my iPad. After much pain and suffering, I got my new XenApp 6.5 installation (on Windows Server 2008 R2) working.
